Even though SenZaro has a high level of automation, people remain indispensable in floriculture. It is above all the quality of the employees that determines the quality of our flowers. At SenZaro, we therefore have a great deal of interest in our people. Despite a modest workforce of around 30 employees, we invest in a professional personnel policy.
The main thing is that we want to perform, but in a company with a real family culture: that of the ‘SenZaro family’. Employees work together in a pleasant, collegial environment. We are mindful of the interests of our employees, whether they are permanent employees or temporary workers. As a matter of fact: nearly all the temporary workers have been working for the company for quite some time. People can also count on responsibility, suited to their own qualities and ambitions.
